Description

The COLOSUS is an innovative cooling tunnel. It is of considerable importance to note that it is 2m long, yet it successfully replaces traditional 12-16m cooling tunnels. Its container-based structure ensures ergonomic design and has significantly raised the standards of efficiency and performance of numerous bakeries.

The Colosus performs the same work in half the time which is required by traditional tunnels. Tunnel control is integrated with the VENONA chocolate coating machine system. Its ergonomic structure and a capacity of 1 to 2 tons per twenty-four hours make the Colosus cooling tunnel preferable to all traditional cooling tunnels, which need at least 12 square meters of space., This makes it valuable for small and medium confectioneries. Its unique design allows the energy used for cooling the active surface of the tunnel to be turned into heat energy, and be reused to heat the production hall during winter.

The Freezing unit can be placed inside the confectionery or outside the building. In consideration of the small dimensions of most confectioneries’ entrances, we deliver the tunnel in parts, thereby guaranteeing easy doorway passage. The Colosus has a 2-year warranty.
